Ravva Oil & Gas Field |

- Ravva Oil and Gas field produces approx 55,000 bopd; approx 8% of domestic production in India
- Field was offered for development under international competitive bidding, as a marginal field in 1993.
- Ravva was assessed as a 100 Million barrel reserve at the time of bidding in 1994. Currently Ravva has produced over 200 Million barrels and is likely to produce an additional 150 Million barrels.
- One of the most successful projects in operation in a Joint Venture in India.
- Petrodril Role:
- Carried out the initial assessment on Ravva for Videocon
- Assisted Videocon to form a bid consortium with Command Petroleum and Marubeni
- Developed a bid strategy
- Led the bid negotiations to ensure award to the consortium
- Assisted the JV in contract negotiations
- Statutory clearances for the operator
- Stake holder relations, Government clearances, JV relations
