• Consulting Agreement with ENI for assistance in their operations in Exploration Blocks in Rajasthan and Andamans.
• Arranged a farm-in deal for videocon and GSPC in the OTWAY basin in Australia
• Assisted in formation of consortium of Videocon - Gail - HPCL - BPCL and OILEX to bid for and successfully negotiate on EPSA for block 56 in Satunat of Oman under international competitive bidding.
• Assisted  in formation of consortium of Global Energy Inc - GSPC - BPCL and OILEX to bid for and successfully negotiate on PSC for block JPDA 06-103 under international competitive bidding.
• Assisted the consortium of OILEX- Videocon-BPCL-GSPC to evaluate and participate in bids for two blocks in the bidding round closed in July 2006.
• Assisted Cairn Energy in the finalisation of the development plan for the Mangla, Aishwayra, Saraswati and Rageshwari fields.
• Assisted Cairn Energy in the finalisation of the development area and declaration of commerciality of the Bhagyam and Shakti field in Rajasthan.
• Provided support and advise to Cairn Energy in the Cain India IPO.

2005

• Assisted Cairn Energy in a multiple Asset Transaction deal with ONGC involving 4 Production Sharing Contracts over deepwater, shallow water and onland areas. The deal involved a net payment of US$ 135 Million to Cairn Energy.
• Worked with Expro in finalizing a Multi Finger Imagine Tubing project with ONGC.
• Assisted Cairn Energy in obtaining clearance from Government for an extension of approx 1600 sq. km. area in the highly successful Rajasthan acreage held by the company.
• Assisted TescoCorporation for provision and operations of a Top Drive installed on an Indian rig on Premier Oil's operations in Assam.
• Assisting Expro in ongoing SSTT contract with ONGC.
• Assisted Cairn Energy in environmental clearance for additional drilling in Ravva Field and exploratory drilling in Rajasthan.
• Assisted Cairn Energy in award of five exploration blocks under NELP V bid round in India.
• Prepared bid for Videocon for NELP V bid rounds, and arranged a tie up with an International operator.
• Assisted Cairn Energy in acquisition of land for over 70 wells.

• Assisted PGS to conclude a 70 Million US Dollar contract for 3 D seismic surveys on exploration blocks held by ONGC on the west coast of India.
• Worked with Expro for finalization of testing contract with ONGC.
• Set up a workshop for Precision Drilling in Jodhpur for maintenance, repair and calibration of their drilling tools/equipment.
• Assisted Cairn Energy in obtaining all Government and partner clearances for declaring commercial 4 oil fields in Rajasthan.
• Assisted Cairn Energy in Environmental clearance for the Rajasthan and Krishna Godavari projects.
• Provided services to Cairn Energy for acquisition of land through State Government's acquisition process, for 60 drilling sites in Rajasthan.

• Assisted a US Independent Oil company to evaluate the opportunity to acquire stake in the Panna, Mukta, & Tapti oil & gas fields in western offshore of India.
• Assisted Marathon Oil Company to evaluate deepwater concessions in the Krishna Godavari Basin offered by ONGC.
• Assisted PGS to obtain a 50 Million US Dollar 3D seismic survey project from Reliance Industries Ltd.
• Assisted Cairn Energy in fast track Environmental clearances on their projects in the Krishna Godavari Basin and Cambay basin in India.

2000

• Assisted PGS in bidding for and negotiating a contract for 3D OBC seismic survey over the GS-15 / 23 area in the Krishna Godavari Basin , total project cost US$ 14 Million.
• Assisted Cairn Energy in bidding and award of deepwater exploration block KG-DWN-98/2 in Krishna Godavari Basin.
• Assisted Hardy Oil & Gas in the Environment Clearance for the PY-3 project in offshore Cauvery basin east coast of India.

• Worked with Marathon Oil Company to evaluate possibilities of utilizing its proprietary technologies for enhanced production from the Neelam field in western offshore of India.
• Assisted Mobil LNG in bid strategy for supply of LNG to the Petronet LNG project.
• Assisted PGS Group for the bidding and award of the Umrat 3D OBC project in Bombay Offshore – value US$ 30 Million.
• Assisted Cairn Energy in Environmental and other statutory clearances on the CB-OS/2, KG-OS/6 and Ravva projects.
  

1998

• Worked with Marathon Oil Company for conceptualizing an EOR proposal for the Bombay High field . Singed a technical MOU with ONGC.
• Worked with Mobil Eastern Exploration Co. to identify and evaluate deepwater exploration opportunities in India.
• Assisted PGS in setting up a Processing and Interpretation center in Mumbai as part of the Bombay High API project.
• Assisted Cairn Energy in the finalization and signing of the Production Sharing Contracts for the KG-OS/6 and CB-OS/2 blocks.
  

1997

• Arranged a technical collaboration agreement for Jagson International Ltd., with two Chinese offshore drilling companies – China Offshore Northern Drilling Company and China Offshore Southern Drilling Company. Agreement between JIL and CONDC was signed in Tianjin , China and between JIL and COSDC was signed in Zhangzhiang , China.
• Worked with the PGS Group for the conceptualization of the turnkey Bombay High Acquisition, Processing and Interpretation (API) project. Assisted PGS in bidding, negotiations and award of the 55 Million US Dollar project.
• Worked with Ampolex for a study on the prospectivity of the North-East India , Krishna Godavari Basin and the Rajasthan areas.
  

1996

• Provided Indian technical experts for evaluation of data offered on the CB-OS/2 block for Command Petroleum, which bid for the block.
• Brief evaluation of the Hazira and Cambay Gas fields for Videocon International Ltd.
• Assisted PGS in negotiations and award of the 3D seismic surveys on the Panna, Mukta and Tapti fields in western offshore of India , operated by Enron.
• Review of Marginal Oil & Gas fields in Gujarat State offered for development by Government of India. Work carried out for China National Petroleum Corporation.(CNPC).
• Turnkey consultancy for evaluation of blocks for Exploration in the 6 th round of bidding by the Government of India. Work was carried out for Videocon International, which submitted a bid for the CB-OS/1, and the CB-ON/7 blocks in the Cambay basin.

1995

• Evaluation of 4 offshore blocks offered by the Government of India in the 5 th round of bidding for exploration blocks. Work was undertaken for Videocon – CommandPetroleum consortium which submitted a bid for the KG-OS/6 block in Krishna Godavari Basin.
• Offer and negotiation of farm in proposal in an exploration concession in Tunisia to ONGC Videsh Ltd., on behalf of Command Petroleum.
  

1994

• Turnkey consulting project for Videocon International to evaluate medium sized oil & gas fields offered by the Government of India. Petrodril identified International partners Command Petroleum and Marubeni to form a consortium with Videocon. Petrodril prepared and submitted the bid for the Ravva Oil & Gas field for the consortium and was awarded the project under stiff International competition in 1994. Petrodril assisted in the contract negotiations and signing for the Production Sharing Contract for the field.
• Petrodril assisted Videocon to form a consortium with China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) to evaluate and bid for the development of the heavy oil field Bhagewala in Rajasthan.
• Petrodril worked for the Digicon – Petroconsultants consortium to identify suitable areas for Speculative surveys, introduce the concept in India and submit a bid for the Andaman offshore.
• Review of sedimentary basins and blocks offered for exploration in the 4 th round of bidding by the Government of India for HUNPETRO (Hungarian Petroleum Company).
