Petrodril involved in conceptual
planning of a turnkey API kind project to be
undertaken for the first time in India
Contract awarded in June 1997,
for seismic data acquisition, processing and
interpretation of 1750 sq. kms of area over
the Bombay High field having over 100 platforms,
600 wells and a maze of pipelines and other
infrastructure.
Complete acquisition, Processing
and interpretation completed in 12 months.
Assisted PGS to set up a state
of art seismic processing & interpretation
centre in Mumbai as part of the project. The
centre was handed over to ONGC at the end of
the project and continues to be one of ONGC’s
most state of art and efficient Processing and
interpretational centres.
